PRIVACY POLICY FOR GLAM EDITOR

This Privacy Policy explains how Match Logistics Studios ("we", "us", "our")

collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Glam Editor mobile

application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described

here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.



1. WHO WE ARE


Glam Editor is an AI-powered photo styling app that lets you change hairstyles,

try on outfits, and apply makeup and accessories to your photos.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT


We collect only what we need to run the App and enforce usage limits.


a) Account information

   - Guest mode: When you use the App without signing in, we create an

     anonymous account. No name or email is collected.

   - Google Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address,

     display name, and a Google account identifier from Google. We do not

     receive your Google password.


b) Photos you upload

   - The photos you select are uploaded to our backend solely to perform the AI

     edit you request, and the resulting edited image is returned to your

     device.

   - We do NOT use your photos to train AI models, and we do NOT sell them.

   - Saving an edited image to your device is done only when you choose to save

     it.


c) Device identifier

   - We generate a one-way hashed (SHA-256) identifier derived from your

     device's Android ID. We use this hash only to track and enforce your free

     edit allowance and to prevent abuse of free credits. The hash cannot be

     reversed to identify your device, and we do not use it for advertising.


d) Usage and subscription data

   - We store your plan type, the number of edits you have used, and your edit

     reset date to enforce credit limits.

   - If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Google Play

     Billing. We receive your purchase and entitlement status from Google; we do

     NOT receive or store your full payment card details.


e) Advertising data

   - The App displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's

     advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads. See

     Google's policies in Section 4.


f) Diagnostic logs

   - Our servers keep technical logs (e.g. request timestamps, error messages)

     to operate and debug the service. These logs do not contain your photos.



3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION


We use the information above to:

   - Provide the AI photo-editing features you request;

   - Authenticate you and maintain your session;

   - Enforce free and paid edit limits and prevent abuse;

   - Process subscription purchases and unlock paid features;

   - Display advertising to free-tier users;

   - Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.



4. THIRD PARTIES WE SHARE DATA WITH


We use the following service providers to run the App. Each processes data

under its own privacy policy:


   - Supabase - Backend hosting, authentication, database.

     Data involved: account info, hashed device ID, usage data.


   - Google Gemini AI (currently accessed via the Lovable AI gateway) -

     AI image generation. Data involved: photos you upload, for processing only.


   - Google Sign-In - Optional account login.

     Data involved: email, display name, account ID.


   - Google AdMob - Advertising.

     Data involved: advertising identifier, device/ad data.


   - Google Play Billing - Subscription payments.

     Data involved: purchase and entitlement status.


We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

5. HOW YOUR PHOTOS ARE PROCESSED BY AI


When you request an edit, the selected photo is sent to our backend and

forwarded to a third-party AI provider (currently Google's Gemini image model)

to generate the edited result. The photo is used ONLY to fulfil that request.

We do not store your uploaded photos in a permanent gallery on our servers, and

we do not use them to train models. The AI provider processes the image

according to its own terms and privacy policy.



6. DATA RETENTION


   - Account, usage, and device-hash data: retained while your account is active

     and for as long as needed to enforce credit limits and comply with legal

     obligations.

   - Uploaded photos: processed transiently to produce your edit and not

     retained in a permanent user gallery on our servers.

   - Diagnostic logs: retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

   - When you request deletion (Section 8), we delete associated personal data

     unless we are legally required to retain it.



7. DATA SECURITY


We use industry-standard measures - encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access

controls - to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is

100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.



8. YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA


You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.


To request deletion of your account and associated data, email

smigwi78@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email

associated with your account (for Google sign-in users) or include your device

so we can locate guest records. We will process verified requests within a

reasonable time.


Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as

the GDPR (EU/UK) or other applicable data protection laws, including the right

to access, correct, or restrict processing of your data.



9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY


The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in

your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from

children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact

us at smigwi78@gmail.com and we will delete it.



10. ADVERTISING AND THE ADVERTISING IDENTIFIER


Free-tier users see ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's

advertising ID to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where

permitted. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings

(Settings > Google > Ads). Subscribing to a paid ad-free plan removes ads in the

App.



11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS


Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country (for

example, where Supabase and Google operate). By using the App, you consent to

the transfer and processing of your information in those locations, subject to

appropriate safeguards.



12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at

the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated

through the App or our store listing. Continued use after changes means you

accept the updated policy.
