 PRIVACY POLICY FOR ZZ BLOCKS

This Privacy Policy explains how [YOUR NAME / COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us",

"our") handles information in the ZZ Blocks mobile game (package

com.zzblocks.game, the "App"), available on Google Play. By installing or

using the App you agree to this policy.


1. SUMMARY

ZZ Blocks does not require you to create an account and does not collect

your name, email address, or phone number. We collect a limited amount of

data to run an online leaderboard, to show advertising, and to process

optional in-app purchases, as described below.


2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND PROCESS


a) Leaderboard data (via Supabase)

  - Anonymous player ID: a random identifier created automatically for

    your install. It is not linked to your real identity.

  - Username: a display name shown on the leaderboard. By default this is

    a random "guest-xxxxxx" name; you may change it. Please do not enter

    real names or personal information as your username.

  - Avatar: an emoji you select from a fixed list. No photos are used or

    uploaded.

  - Approximate country: a country code derived from your SIM/mobile

    network or your device's region setting. This is NOT your precise or

    GPS location and is used only for country-based leaderboard rankings.

  - Game data: your best score and highest block reached.


b) Advertising data (via Google AdMob)

  The App displays ads using Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may

  collect and process:

  - your device Advertising ID,

  - IP address and general device information,

  - ad interaction data,

  in order to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where

  permitted. Google acts as an independent controller of this data. See

  Google's policies:

  You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, and opt out of ad

  personalization, in your device settings

  (Settings > Google > Ads).


c) Purchase data (via Google Play Billing)

  If you buy an in-app item (such as removing ads or gem packs), the

  transaction is processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation that a

  purchase occurred so we can grant the item, but we do NOT receive or

  store your payment card or billing details. Google's handling of

  payments is governed by its own privacy policy.


3. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect precise/GPS location, contacts, photos, camera,

microphone, calendar, or files. The App requests only Internet and

network-state access.


4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  - Operate and display global and country leaderboards.

  - Save and update your best score across sessions.

  - Maintain leaderboard fairness (anti-cheat).

  - Display and measure advertising (through AdMob).

  - Deliver in-app purchases you choose to make.

We do not sell your personal information.


5. WHERE DATA IS STORED

Leaderboard data is stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union

(Frankfurt, Germany) and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Supabase processes this data as our service provider

(https://supabase.com/privacy). Advertising and purchase data are handled

by Google as described above.


6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  - Google AdMob / Google Play Services - advertising.

  - Google Play Billing - in-app purchases.

  - Supabase - leaderboard database and anonymous authentication.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its processing.


7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect

personal information from children. Because the App serves ads using the

Advertising ID, if you are setting the App's target audience to include

children, ensure ad settings comply with Google Families / Play policies.

If you believe a child has provided personal information (for example in a

username), contact us and we will remove it.


8. DATA RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES

  - Leaderboard entries are retained while the leaderboard is active. You

    may request deletion of your entry by emailing us your username.

  - You can reset/limit ad tracking via your device's Advertising ID

    settings.

  - Uninstalling the App stops further collection from your device.


9. SECURITY

We use encrypted connections and access-restricted database rules to

protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.


10. CHANGES

We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new "Last

updated" date.
